Follow-Up
The follow-up sessions will be scheduled on an individual basis. The follow-ups are private teaching sessions with a CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare™ Practitioner who has specialized education in fertility care services. Follow-ups are the basis for learning the CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare™ System and are personalized to meet your needs.
At each private follow-up, the FertilityCare™ practitioner tailors the system to your specific needs. These sessions are recommended 5 times during the first 3 months of use and an additional 3 times over the remainder of a year. Subsequent follow-ups are recommended every 6-12 months thereafter. Your professional FertilityCare™ practitioner is also available for consultation between sessions should any questions arise.
